Operational software solution
Prakriti assessment builders, dynamic Panchakarma calendar planners, and traditional herbs formulation inventory management.
What this covers
We begin with the people, decisions, information, and constraints involved. The system boundary follows the workflow, with security, ownership, and maintainability considered from the start.
Scope
Each area is validated against the current process before it becomes part of the delivery plan.
Configurable assessment workflows for recording practitioner observations and constitutional profiles.
Plan multi-session therapies across rooms, practitioners, preparations, and follow-up observations.
Track herb purchases, batches, formulations, packaging, and stock used in dispensing.
Selected work
Delivery standard
Defined. Scope, assumptions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are documented before build decisions harden.
Visible. Working software is reviewed at agreed milestones, with risks and trade-offs made explicit.
Transferable. Code, deployment configuration, documentation, and operational knowledge are included in handover.
