Define the project
Capture client, plot, built-up area, floor, room, structural, and location assumptions.
Construction operations / Internal product
A structured quotation system that turns project specifications into material quantities, labour planning, commercial terms, payment milestones, and a client-ready proposal.

The operating problem
Construction estimates combine area, floors, structural assumptions, finish tiers, material rates, labour, taxes, payment stages, and client terms. Manual revisions make it easy for one change to leave the rest of the document inconsistent.
The engine structures those inputs into a repeatable five-step workflow and carries them through pricing, quantities, presentation, and client review.
Product workflow
Capture client, plot, built-up area, floor, room, structural, and location assumptions.
Choose a material tier, swap individual materials, and apply firm-specific rate overrides.
Generate the material BOQ, labour, taxes, statutory charges, and milestone schedule.
Share a client portal, export a PDF, track review status, and record acceptance.

01 / Material intelligence
The BOQ view exposes material quantities by project configuration, including structural dimensions and room counts. It gives procurement a usable basis instead of hiding the calculation inside a single rate.

02 / Client review
Secure share links separate the client-facing quotation from firm administration. The portal presents the summary, cost breakdown, payment schedule, PDF download, and sign-and-accept flow in a focused review experience.
Build evidence
The application workspace includes the five-step wizard, firm-scoped data, material logic, BOQ, labour and payment modules, document export, presentation mode, and client portal.
Scope and verification
Registration, firm-scoped quotations, live pricing, BOQ, labour, payments, PDF export, client review, and acceptance are documented as working in the source workspace.
Automated email, WhatsApp communication, voice calls, and scheduled jobs require external service configuration before production use.
The SQLite MVP should move to a production database, shared material mutation should be isolated, and revision history plus multi-user invitations should be completed.
