Capture enquiries
Record prospects, ownership, source, status, next follow-up, and conversion progress.
Fitness operations / Product platform
A tenant-routed operations workspace for member records, enquiries, memberships, attendance, payments, expenses, invoices, targets, tasks, and reporting.

The operating problem
A gym operation spans enquiries, conversions, renewals, attendance, collections, expenses, follow-ups, and staff work. When those records live in separate sheets and conversations, the team cannot see what needs action today.
The current product source organizes those workflows around a gym-specific route and data scope, giving staff a consistent place to manage the commercial and operational record.
Product workflow
Record prospects, ownership, source, status, next follow-up, and conversion progress.
Create the member record, assign a membership, and track the amount paid and still due.
Track attendance, payments, invoices, expenses, staff tasks, and branch activity.
Use targets and reports to follow revenue, membership, enquiry, and attendance signals.

01 / Operations overview
The working dashboard implementation derives revenue, member, attendance, payment-due, and recent check-in data from the application database. The portfolio visual represents the intended full operating surface; modules beyond the verified source remain roadmap work.
Build evidence
The available workspace includes application routes, authenticated gym scoping, Prisma models, server actions, and operating screens. The case study is limited to those verified capabilities.
Scope and verification
Core admin workflows for members, enquiries, memberships, attendance, billing records, tasks, targets, settings, and reports are represented in the source.
A public member application, nutrition coaching, wearable integrations, AI assistance, and gamification are not presented as completed capabilities.
The strongest next milestone is an end-to-end acceptance pass with production-like gym data, followed by role and branch permission hardening.
